My outside motion sensor light only works on test.Any ideas why?
No breaks in wiring,no dust etc,no batteries to change,positioning is fine and I have done a reset from the mains electricity.Tried all timing options but test is the only one that works.Won't even stay on permanently.Strangely it was okay a few days ago!
Buy a new one. Most of those types of fixtures work correctly for a year or two. If you buy the middle of the road priced fixture instead of the cheapest, it will last longer. They are easy to replace.
