Add video to picture slideshow?
I have been using Windows picture and fax viewer to present pics to an audience via a projector. I would like to add a short demonstration video to my slideshow. I would like it to play as part of the slideshow, between photographs, without any input from me other than clicking the 'Next Slide' button on the remote. Do I need to buy a program to do this? If so, does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advance for your help.
Obviously you get what you pay for - photostage is free and allows you to add pictures and videos

it works very well - click insert slides and add pics/videos - then build slideshow - you get various options to save to .avi or dvd etc
although NCH software is safe and legitimate, it does add a bookmark to IE and some unnecessary entries to the start menu, all of which you can delete - when you choose to encode the slideshow you may get prompted to download additional software - that's ok to do - (when you install the program, you are prompted to install additional programs - just decline as most are not free). One last caveat - do not be tempted to click on the toolbox button - this just downloads the extra software! Why am I telling you all this? Because it is excellent free software.
