Did I eat too much today?

Today, I've eaten....

Breakfast (7 AM): a serving of oatmeal and a greek yogurt (170 + 100= 270 cal)

Break at work (12 noon): Luna protein bar (180 calories)

Lunch (2 pm): Garden vegetable medley...containing red potatoes and sugar snap peas, 1 fuji apple (120+80 cal= 200 cal)

Dinner (7 pm): 6" Flatbread from Subway (egg whites, provolone cheese, spinach, and pickle on it) ( 230+35+55= 310 calories)

And now I'm having a homemade power cookie. Approximately 150 calories. It contains whey protein, applesauce, almonds, and dried cranberries with rolled oats and other natural ingrediants.

I will have a glass of milk before I go to sleep.

Is this too much in a day?

That will depend on your height, age, weight, and activity. I added 110 calories to the glass of milk all comes to a total of approx 1220calories.

Hypo #1 If you are on the taller side (5'6"-5'-10") and just want to maintain your day to day weight with little to no exercise then NO you are Not eating to much.

Hypo#2 Same as above but if you have a very active life style like an hour at the gym of running on the treadmill with weights and your always on the move then you will need to eat more.

Hypo#3 You are on the tiny side 5"-5'-5" with not active life style then you will probably be eating to much. NOTE: I said age is a factor because this person in Hypo 3 could live a very sedative life style and be tiny but she is a teen 13-18 her basil metabolic rate a.k.a metabolism will be very fast and this perso will Not be eating too much.

So there you go you have an idea. Hope this helped.
