what pc can run gta iv smoothly with pretty much full quality?
erm pretty much what the title is asking really is there any good gaming pc's that can handle something like gta iv smoothly or even better can my acer aspire x3200 be upgraded e.g video cards etc at the moment the specs are:

to tell you the truth, how harsh it is, that system is a waste of time upgrading anything if you want to play GTAIV at full settings.
1 your case it too small
2 your PSU is too weak
you would have to overhaul the whole thing to accomodate a graphics card (higher end one) and psu to power it.
GTAIV is optimised for quad core processors, and the higher end graphics cards.
you'd basically need a 500w (or more) power supply, a larger case to accommodate a larger high end graphics card, a better processor/mobo/ram combination because that motherboard probably don't support a quad core processor, and a pretty dam good graphics card.
it would probably cost you quite a bit to play GTAIV on highest settings.
