What's the best paper trimmer/cutter around for scrapbooking?

Hello I'm new to scrapbooking and would like to know what's the best cutter to purchase out of Fiskars, Martha Stewart Crafts, Or EK Success?

Carl Paper Cutters has a very good reputation. Quality can vary in a product line. I have two Fiskars trimmers -- one that is the standard trimmer where the blade slides on a plastic rail and the other is a rotary cutter. The rotary cutter does a better job for me, but the other is more convenient and easier to carry and smaller to store. The plastic slide has a tiny bit of play and it can shift slightly as you cut from top to bottom, which can result in your cut not being square. This can be noticeable when you cut mats for photos. I have used several Martha Stewart craft tools (but not the paper trimmer) and have been pleased with them.

My first choice would be the Carl cutter, and second choice the Martha Stewart or EK Success, where price may be a factor. EK Success tools may be discounted where Martha is generally not (Michaels does this although sometimes there are deals on Martha).

I would suggest whichever you choose, you get one that can take 12-inch paper, has a swing-out arm or other aid for measuring up to 12-inch cuts, has markings you can see and read easily, and has replacement cutting blades that you can buy readily.
