I have a Sony KDF-42E2000 model tv and it doesn't work, help?
It blinks green light then RED light 3 times on the "Power" cube below the screen. I contacted sony and they told me to replace the lamp module but it still doesn't work.
Please don't answer if you don't have the right answer. You tell me to go to London but guess what, I don't live there. And I rather use the money to buy a Brand new TV than using it on traveling to London just to fix a TV.
sony really told you to do that?? well they really just dont care about their customers anymore..... sounds a bit like the YLOD for the PS3 lol.... i fixed that 3 times though, and then on the fourth the processor fell off 
!!! LOL!!! so bought the slim.... anyway..... i would take it all the way to sony central in london, and demand they give you a refund, shout the problem out in the store, and then theyll give you a new one so you dont put off all of their thousands of customers... i dont realy know what is wrong with it because i dont have on, nut look in the manuel at the troubleshooting section, sony are usually quite good like that...... but if it were me, just contact whee you bought it from, and return it.... if it doesnt even turn on, i think you have more than the right to return it!!!! if that doesnt work do the shouting at london thing..... coz that definately works!!!! 
but yer, just conteact who u got it from, and theyll send you a new one and you can return the faulty model....... so yr...
