I accidentally deleted some files from my Kodak Easyshare camera. How can I recover them?
I have a recovery utility, unfortunately it only seems to recognize removable media, and the files were deleted from the 16mb internal memory of the camera. Does anyone know a program which will recognize that memory?
Sorry but you are out of luck. The internal memory of that camera works differently to computer hard drives and removable media. Your only shots are to check your recycle bin for the pictures, and check to see if there is a staging folder;
Your camera will often copy your pictures to another folder when you plug the camera in, getting ready for you to move them somewhere else. Open My Computer and type %temp% into the address bar (over the words My Computer) and hit enter. This will open your temp folder. They may be in there with a different name. If not, you're boned.
