I would like to find out specifications on a automobile for buying and selling, where would I go? ALSO ? LEGAL
#1. Just offered a Ford Tempo GL 1993, Abanded; have licence plate number, told it needs a battery; top mount; maybe starter problems, and possable smog problems; other wise mint condition, other than a couple of dengs in the finders, and runs excellent!
#2. I have a Dodge Caravan, needs tires, battery, and a tune-up; last time started; about 6months to a year ago. On Non-Opp; cost aprox $36 to register, low blue book a year ago was $2,100. 6 cylender, Ran great, owners took good care of it. I Need to get ride of it!
Suggestions?
#3. Other than's. PROBLEM=4 ME; I have over $2,500 in fines before I can even begain to start to become leagel; am I still able to own, register, insure...?
#1 -- 15 yr old tempo that *needs a batter *needs a top mount *May need a starter *may not pass smog *dings in the fenders. But hey, other than ALL that its mint condition. What is the question?
#2 Sell it. Craigslist, auto trade, etc. Seems easy enough
#3 No. You can't register and drive a car if yu have outstanding fines with the DMV and/or police dept. $2500???? How could you let it get that bad?
