What is the best free PDF editor?
I have some aps on ipad that I can use to add notes, comments, and highlights on pdf documents. I am looking for something similar more or less in PC.
Wikipedia has a small list: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_PDF_software
But I am not sure which one to use. Which free editor has no expiry date, no spyware, etc? Which one is just plain free software?
Any recommendations? Preferably from those who tried it.
I use Foxit PDF Editor which is not free but its very efficient. It can add text, graphics, images to PDF files and manage (insert, delete, zoom, export) the pages of documents.
