I dropped my HP Photosmart Mz67 Camera and the zoom lens is stuck?
Like I said, the zoom lens it stuck out. Every time i try to turn it on, it does the usual "Beep Beep!" and says "Lens Error" and then turns off.
Is this possible to fix? I've spent hours upon hours of Googling, and none of the stuff it says to do has worked.
At this point, you have 2 options for a 4 year old camera:
1) Throw it in the recycle bin and buy a new camera
2) Spend $125++ to get yours fixed.
On your next camera, make sure you use the wrist strap anytime it is not in its protective case.
